Hello There…

Nice to meet you, I’m Brandon Daniel and I would like to be your Fitness Consultant and Coach. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2005 driven by my passion for staying active and being healthy. Shortly after, I landed my first job in the fitness industry through AFAA; and then went on to receive my Bachelors in Kinesiology from California State University Sacramento in Exercise Science back in 2008. As the main author and editor of “The Dumbbell” and several publications, I have helped thousands of people achieve a better sense of health and wellness in their lives through exercise and eating healthy.

I believe it is my mission to help others; therefore my biggest focus is in inspiring and motivating people to reach levels they didn’t even dream or believe was remotely possible.

My small group personal training sessions are for all fitness levels. They are designed to target your upper and lower body, core, and challenge your aerobic capacity with plyometric exercises; and it's a great way to get in shape, push yourself and have the accountability you need.

Working with Brandon has been an absolute pleasure and, more notably, a challenge. Every session is unique and engaging. The class environment that is created with fellow friends wanting to better themselves is contagious. When I first started my journey of losing weight, I weighed 220lbs. I lacked confidence in many aspects of my life. Over the past 3-4 years, I began eating healthy, running, and working out. Over a year ago I started my first sessions with Brandon and haven’t looked back, but now forward. I now weigh 165lbs, went from a size 40 to 32 waist and have more confidence now than I ever had I am honored to say that Brandon is a master of his craft.

For years I’ve tried to exercise by myself, but I would never stick to it. I was super intimidated working out because I was not sure what I was doing. Also I was insecure of my weight. When we first moved to California two years ago my wife decided that we were going to get in shape together. She knew we wouldn’t stay motivated alone so she researched personal trainers in the area and found all the great reviews for Brandon. She signed us up for 3 classes and then lovingly encouraged (nagged) me to go. Needless to say, I didn’t make it through the first 55 minute class. After 30 minutes I was questioning my sanity. If it hadn’t been for Brandon and his upbeat personality and encouragement, I would have left the class and headed straight to the nearest frozen yogurt shop. We were back 2 days later and Brandon pulled me aside before we started and said the goal was to make it at least 5 minutes longer than last time, and continued to give me realistic personal challenges at each subsequent visit. Two years later, I am still going back 3 to 4 days per week and loving even the most intense workouts. The variety in the classes makes it fun as well as challenging. I have blown by the original body fat percentage goal Brandon gave me and the only people who are happier than me right now are the sales people at various menswear stores in the area who now see me as a regular customer as the inches around the waist keep coming off.

Before I began training with Brandon I had very little experience in working out. Going to a gym never worked for me and I never stuck to it. I needed someone to help me along and hold me accountable. I saw one of Brandon’s posts on Facebook about joining his small group training class and decided to connect with him. When a friend first told me about Brandon and All The Way Fit, I was intrigued. I was a little too shy to try the group training at first but I was almost 37 years old and 280 pounds and very unhappy. I knew I had to do something. It took me a year of hemming and hawing before I decided I was done being unhealthy and braved a class. I walked in terrified but that feeling didn’t last long. I instantly felt welcome!
