I became a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer in 2005, propelled by my passion for staying active and living healthy. Shortly after, I landed my first job in the fitness industry through AFAA; and then went on to obtain my Bachelors in “Kinesiology” from California State University, Sacramento in “Exercise Science” back in 2008.
Through my work at All The Way Fit and as the principal author and editor of “The Dumbbell” (along with several other publications), I have helped thousands of people achieve a better sense of health and wellness in their lives through exercise and eating healthy. For over 10 years, it has been my mission to help others achieve their fitness goals and aspirations.
Currently, my most significant focus is inspiring and motivating people to reach levels they didn’t even dream or believe was remotely possible.

My personal, small, group workout are filled with fun and engaging exercises that are easily adaptable for all fitness levels.They are designed to target your upper and lower body, core, and challenge your aerobic capacity with plyometric exercises; and it's a great way to get in shape, push yourself and have the accountability you need.

Health and fitness are as important as ever. With several available times offered for workouts, you won’t have a reason to let your fitness and health suffer anymore because of your busy and hectic life happenings.
Nothing is impossible. Not now or anywhere else, for that matter. Many of our members like to group up and participate in local community events with their new friends to show folks how we feel about fitness.
The All The Way Fit fitness facility is local to the residents of Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Folsom, and only a few minutes from most other local surrounding Sacramento neighborhoods. Special care is always maintained to make sure that cleanliness in the gym matches the same elite standard of the workouts.

I’m always happy to share advice, as a frequent contributor to various local news broadcasts. I’ve also consulted in numerous capacities over the years to different projects in a wide array of industries including fashion and entertainment.

Brandon has played a key role in my weight loss and fitness journey. I have lost 112 pounds and my quality of life has changed. I feel healthier and stronger. I have never enjoyed exercising but Brandon’s small group training along with his positive attitude, motivation, and constant encouragement have changed how I view exercising. Brandon personally invests in all his clients and pushes them to the next level when he knows they are ready. I am amazed at how far I have come with Brandon’s training. Brandon has been my trainer for 3 years now. His classes are challenging, but fun, and he keeps it interesting by changing it up. Every day brings a different sequence of weight training and cardio. I have gained muscle, toned up seeing more definition as well as having much more energy and flexibility. I like that his class size is limited and he keeps it small; it remains personal and effective that way. Although I leave almost every class with a sore muscle I never knew I had before that workout, I look forward to my next class; it is easily one of the best parts of my day. If you want to be challenged, get into shape without losing interest and have fun too, Brandon is your guy.
Working with Brandon has been an absolute pleasure and, more notably, a challenge. Every session is unique and engaging. The class environment that is created with fellow friends wanting to better themselves is contagious. When I first started my journey of losing weight, I weighed 220lbs. I lacked confidence in many aspects of my life. Over the past 3-4 years, I began eating healthy, running, and working out. Over a year ago I started my first sessions with Brandon and haven’t looked back, but now forward. I now weigh 165lbs, went from a size 40 to 32 waist and have more confidence now than I ever had I am honored to say that Brandon is a master of his craft.
For years I’ve tried to exercise by myself, but I would never stick to it. I was super intimidated working out because I was not sure what I was doing. Also I was insecure of my weight. I was nervous this was going to be the same scenario once I started. I was so pleasantly surprised that it was not. His classes are always different and the variety of exercises keeps them fresh. Additionally, there’s a great team atmosphere to the classes. I’m happy to say that with Brandon I’ve become stronger, faster and way happier. I’ve lost over 10% of my body fat, actually jogged a 5k, and I’m becoming fit.
