Why do my program?



Let’s face it keeping up with your fitness can be tough, there are many distractions that can prevent you from getting in a solid workout. So, what’s the best way to get motivation? Hiring a personal trainer is a great option but time, convenience and cost can factor in that decision. What if you had all the benefits of a personal trainer in your own home or at your gym without the expensive cost? What if you had a program designed to help give you the support and advice you need that workout videos cannot do. If that fits your needs you came to the right place. My online videos are designed for the average person looking to increase their health. The videos you have access to can be done at the gym or at your own home with the proper home equipment.

What happens in my videos?



In this program you will learn proper techniques and form while still pushing yourself to a tough yet realistic exercise routine. We will focus on resistance training, body weight and core exercises along with plyometrics. Cardio and Nutrition are such a valuable part of a weight loss program and that is taken care of to, you will learn great cardio routines as well as healthy eating tips and meals. I look forward helping you achieve the amount of success you are looking for with your fitness.

5 steps to success!

  • 1. Make short term and long term goals and when you want to accomplish it.
  • 2. Enter your info in the nutritional calculators to find out how much Fat, Carbs and Protein you need to be eating each day.
  • 3. Watch the 4 videos a week when they are emailed to you to get your workout in for the day
  • 4. Make sure to do your cardio workouts a minimum 3 days a week and increasing it to 5 or 6 once your body is comfortable doing so at 30-45 min a day.
  • 5. Read through the content of my philosophies and the benefits of exercise on my page.
